The Gangju Sunflower Festival is a vibrant celebration of summer, showcasing fields filled with thousands of blooming sunflowers under a bright blue sky. From June 18 to July 2, 2026, visitors can immerse themselves in the beauty of nature, enjoy live performances, and savor local delicacies. The festival kicks off with an opening ceremony on June 18 at 11:00 AM, setting the stage for a lively atmosphere.

This year's festival spans an impressive 42,500 square meters, featuring not only stunning sunflowers but also a watermelon tunnel. Local residents have put in considerable effort to ensure the sunflowers thrive, creating a picturesque setting for all attendees.

  • Venue: Gangju Village, Beopsu-myeon, Hamann-gun
  • Admission: ₩3,000 (Free for disabled individuals, preschool children, residents of Beopsu-myeon, and those over 70 years old)
